Package descriptions, inclusions, dates, prices and availability are shown to help you choose. They may change before confirmation due to supplier availability, fare changes, taxes, exchange rates or operational requirements. A booking is confirmed only when Voibee sends confirmation.

The price and payment terms shown at checkout or in your confirmation apply to your booking. Additional traveller requests, changes, supplier charges, taxes or services outside the published inclusions may cost extra. Payments are processed through the available payment method for the booking.

Cancellation, amendment, refund and credit terms depend on the package, departure date and supplier terms. The applicable terms will be provided with the package or booking confirmation. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help changing or cancelling a booking.

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, insurance and any other travel documents required for your trip. Please review your itinerary, traveller names and dates promptly, and follow reasonable safety instructions from providers and coordinators.

Airlines, hotels, transport providers, activity operators and other suppliers deliver their own services under their own terms. Voibee will assist where possible, but delays, cancellations, weather, road conditions, government action and events outside reasonable control can affect travel plans.

If something is not right, contact Voibee promptly so we have an opportunity to help. We will review concerns using the information available from you and the relevant travel provider.
